The Music and the Many rituals practiced in the African Traditional Religion deals not only with the practical ways Africans express their faith, it also explores the power and meaning of the some of the most important symbols used in the African Traditional Religion. The goal of this show is to present information that even the followers of ATR would not necessarily know. A “behind the scenes” look at what for example, sangomas, inyangas and govelas go through to prepare for their role as spiritual leaders in the community.
