The Mangaung Police Station has just experienced a major upheaval. A new female station commander has been appointed and she’s sweeping clean. She’s also determined to fulfill the SAPS mandate to engage meaningfully with the community. Into this scenario arrive two rookies, Dineo and Lebogang.
