Afro Café is a weekly music show, focusing on South
African Jazz, Afro-Pop, Afro Soul and Traditional music
genres. It features live performances and interviews
by well-known artists, as well as inserts on live music
happening locally.
Afro Café has currency and is valued by featured artists
who are often quite keen to perform on the show. Artists
now do remixes and different versions of their works on
the show, which makes the show unique.
The focus on up-and-coming artists has breathed life
into the show; we are introducing the audience to new
talent.
