Mfolozi Street is a multi-protagonist series, with standalone stories united by the street on which they take place – Mfolozi Street. This series offers us a cross-section of South Africa and the population of this great country of ours as they try to live the best life possible – twenty years after democracy. The series follows the love relationships, the family interactions, those trying to make a living, and those abandoned and struggling. The series asks the question ‘where are we now in the dream of the freedom that was so hard won?’
