The Longest Date is a dating show where 16 strangers
compete in a high-octane, extreme adventure
competition to find love and win a hundred thousand
rand. The show takes 16 sexy, successful, and
adventurous but unlucky-in-love singles and matches
them into couples. The 8 new couples then embark on
a journey to experience the most extreme adventures
Mpumalanga has to offer, all the while trying to find a
love match. The couples revel in one EXTREME episode
after the other, with each competitive task set up to take
them out of their comfort zone and test their physical
and psychological limits while forcing them to rely on
each other.
