We follow a world class chef and a comedian, as they
tour our beautiful country in search of the most unique,
interesting, and scenic braai experiences South Africa
has to offer.
Each week the dynamic duo has tons of fun travelling
to corners of the country in a different weird and
wonderful vehicle, from a vintage fire truck to a homebuilt car. They will meet a new group of braaiers, savour
their braai specialties and enjoy a different Mzansi
cultural experience. “From Soweto to the Karoo, Tyres
and Braaiers will uncover new flavours and recipes
each week. But it is more than just a conventional
cooking show. It is laidback look at our country and its
people. We also make stops at interesting locations like
the Cape’s wine farms and surfing lessons in Durban.”
